  • Jane is a Senior Associate and she handles a broad spectrum of transactions.
    She is adept at contract review and conducting due diligence exercises for our domestic and international clients, handling Land Transactions and also regularly drafts credit facility documents for various international banks.
    Her work encompasses property acquisition/ disposal and development and advising clients on a wide range of matters ranging from business establishment in Kenya as well as general regulatory compliance.
    She routinely advises on corporate and institutional matters such as company incorporation, processing licenses, preparation of various agreements; among others.
